Distributed System in SAP

If Central Instance fails Database Instance gives live as well as Database Instance fails Central Instance give live.

·         Dump the software into a temp folder

·         Go to installation master

·         Click on SAPINST.exe on windows type ./sap inst on UNIX environments

·         Up to 4.7 versions the installation tool is installed on programs or in home directory of the user.

But from ECC5.0 on windows installation can be directory initialized by using SAPINST.exe
