1) login as <Webdisp_sid>adm
2) cd /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/security/data
3) execute wdispmon pf=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile/<web_dispatcher_profile>
4) you will get a selection options there select for "menu"
5) once you are in Menu then select for "maintain authentication file" "a"
6) here it will ask for a file name ..select default (icmauth.txt)
7) here you have option for "change passwd of existing user in set"
8) perform the password change and "save changes to file set"
